First, let’s break down self-confidence to the basics. When I researched this on the internet and found a psychology site on the subject, it said, “Confidence or self-esteem is how you feel about yourself and your abilities. You develop this from an early stage as you grow and interact with other kids and family members. When you have a healthy self-esteem, it means you value yourself as a person and you trust your abilities and your feelings. Confidence gives you the desire to push yourself forward to try and experience new things.
